• ALL Signers MUST be physically present and have VALID forms of Identification. 
• We will NOT notarize documents if the signer(s) don't have the proper Identification.
• IF a Witness is required, the Signer(s) MUST provide a witness with valid Identification,
• Signer(s) must request the type of Notarial Act they require.

• Clients will be contacted 1 hour prior to appointment to confirm notary needs and location. 

Cancellation/No Show: 

• Please Cancel within 2 hours.
• Failure to cancel in a timely manner = Forfeited Traveling Fee.
• If the Signer is No Show after confirming an appointment = Forfeited Traveling Fee

If an appointment is canceled in a timely manner. The travel fee can be applied to the next appointment. (Must rescheduled within 3 days)

Traveling Fees: Based on Distance/Mileage. 

NO Traveling Fee for LSA- Real Estate Transaction or Medical Courier services.

Travel Fees MUST be paid prior to the appointment. To ensure that the fees were stated, understood, and agreed upon. All other fees can be paid during the appointment. 

Travel Fees are Non-Refundable. 

*** If the selected meeting place requires a Parking Fee. The Signer/Client is also responsible for paying parking fees. 

Payments:

• We accept ALL major credit and debit cards. 
• We do NOT accept personal checks. 
• We do NOT carry cash. Please have the correct amount if you are completing the transaction with cash.
